Family Law

Helen has over 35 years experience in the area of family law. She joined the firm in 2014 having worked at Chambers and Hind in Stapleford for 25 years, latterly as a senior partner. Helen is based at the firm's Eastwood office. She is a long-standing member of the family law solicitors’ organization "Resolution - first for family law". Outside work, Helen's interests include music and she has sung with Nottingham Harmonic Choir for 35 years. In the past, she has much enjoyed travelling abroad, especially in India but also enjoys fell walking in this country, particularly in the Lake District.

Sharon is a family solicitor working at the firm's Hucknall office. She has more than 20 years of legal experience primarily working as a family practitioner and holds a Post Graduate Diploma in law. She is a trained counsellor and has worked closely with both Women's Aid and Childline. In her spare time, Sharon enjoys: - Travelling particularly to India but anywhere really even in this country - Meditation and Sharon can and does teach it occasionally - All issues of a spiritual nature but particularly natural remedies - Reading historical fiction but again any book will do and Sharon has a library at home - Spending time with friends and family for social events - Theatre - Cinema - Writing as in poetry and narrative. I am sure there is a book or two in me. - Sharon has recently become interested in genealogy although is a real beginner - Live music

Bridgette works as a secretary at the Eastwood Office supporting the Family Department. Bridgette has worked for the firm for over 30 years.

Lisa has worked in the matrimonial department for 13 years at the Hucknall office. Lisa is also part of the firm’s Marketing team and has the CIM Diploma in Marketing as well as Digital & Social Media Marketing qualifications. Lisa is interested in Theatre and works for Mansfield Palace Youth Theatre part-time.
